IRON HORSE RESORT

 

Iron Horse Resort is the original ski-in/ski-out property at Winter Park and it is still the only full service condominium resort offering a wide range of amenities for its guests as well as complete conference and catering facilities for year round group business. The amenities include a restaurant/bar onsite, four hot hubs, indoor/outdoor pool, health club/exercise area and onsite ski shop.

Condominiums come in a number of different sizes: Studios (76), One Bedroom (19), Two Bedroom (10) and Two Bedroom Premium (21). All owners belong to the Homeowners Association and can elect if they wish to join the optional rental program.
